Job summary

Binance is seeking a Growth operations professional to lead user acquisition and referral campaigns. You will own the end-to-end growth programs, design scalable mechanisms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize activation, retention and ROI.

Strong data-driven mindset and Web3 familiarity are required, with English/M Mandarin bilingual capabilities. The role offers a remote-first working arrangement and exposure to a global team working across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth/campaign operations experience.
• Experience managing 1M+ user growth campaigns preferred.
• Strong data analysis and business thinking.
• Familiar with Web3/cryptocurrency products.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required.
• Strong cross-functional project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own growth campaigns from strategy to post-analysis.
• Design large-scale user acquisition and referral campaigns.
• Build growth funnels and lifecycle strategies with data insights.
• Coordinate Product, Marketing, Design, Data and Partnerships across teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, ideation and operations.
