Job summary

BIT is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to join our growth team. You will manage the full campaign lifecycle—from setup and launch to post-launch review—ensuring timely, error-free execution across web pages, push, SMS, and in-app messages.

You will write compelling campaign copy in Chinese and English, leverage AI tools for research and refinement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on landing pages, audience targeting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in internet operations, campaign operations, or similar execution roles (fresh graduates considered).
• Strong copywriting in Chinese and English, able to independently write campaign and marketing copy.
• Proficient with AI tools to speed up copy refinement, market research, and information gathering.
• Comfortable with backend/config tools; detail-oriented and methodical.
• Solid data sense; able to compile and organize campaign data efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Campaign setup & launch: configure rules, publish pages, run pre-launch checks per SOP with zero errors.
• Landing pages: build and publish campaign landing pages using page-builder tools.
• Engagement setup: schedule push, SMS, and in-app messages per strategy.
• Campaign copy: write and adapt materials from templates (push, page, rules).
• Campaign settlement: compile data, draft settlements, submit for review, distribute rewards.
• Market & competitor research: use AI tools to gather insights and turn into recommendations.
• Flash campaigns: own and launch fast around market moments.
