Job summary

LW Consulting Limited seeks a senior technology veteran to assume a General Manager level role over its group‑wide IT function in Hong Kong. The role focuses on shaping the technology strategy, strengthening governance, and driving digital enablement across business units.

The successful candidate will be an strategic IT leader with experience managing enterprise environments, large teams, and multi‑year transformation programmes, with Hong Kong experience preferred and Cantonese/Mandarin

Qualifications

Strategic IT leadership experience across large organisations.
Strong governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
Experience with cloud migration, ERP evolution, and enterprise applications.
Proven ability to lead large teams and multi-year transformation programmes.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive influence.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute the Group’s technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
Oversee enterprise IT governance, cybersecurity posture, risk management and compliance.
Manage full IT portfolio: infrastructure, networks, cloud, apps, data platforms and service delivery.
Lead modernisation of legacy environments and drive automation, analytics, and AI adoption.
Develop a sizeable IT organisation and manage major technology contracts and vendors.
