Job summary
The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd is seeking a senior IT leader reporting to the General Manager (Information Technology) to drive enterprise architecture and governance across multiple technology domains. You will oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of complex, scalable solutions with strong security and regulatory compliance.
You will champion modern practices such as Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native approaches, aligning technology roadmaps with organisational objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- Minimum 15 years in enterprise solution development with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong ERP/SAP, cloud (Azure) and cybersecurity experience is essential.

- Provide strategic leadership across multiple technology domains and govern IT standards.
- Oversee design, delivery and continuous improvement of critical solutions for scalability and security.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native adoption to enhance delivery and value.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align tech roadmaps with business objectives and regulations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation to strengthen capabilities and performance.
- Lead technical teams, manage vendor relationships and oversee technology risk/compliance.
