Qualifications

Bachelorareer in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Proven IT leadership experience in enterprise environments (manufacturing or supply chain preferred).
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and translating complex bottlenecks into strategic IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Define long-term technology strategy and roadmaps to support operational and commercial objectives.
Oversee both software engineering and regional infrastructure teams for reliable cross-border operations.
Drive Agile and Scrum practices to build high-performing IT delivery functions.
Ensure system resilience, uptime, and robust cybersecurity and QA standards.
Collaborate with business leaders to align IT initiatives with strategic priorities.
Lead digital transformation initiatives across in-house applications and infrastructure.
