Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited in Hong Kong seeks an ITD Manager to lead technology initiatives, drive digital transformation, and partner with business leaders. You will shape the technology roadmap, manage projects, and ensure secure, compliant IT service delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and 8+ years in IT leadership, with strong stakeholder management and English/Cantonese fluency. Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of IT experience with success in IT management, business partnering, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior business stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading technology projects and change initiatives in a matrix or multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key technology partner for Hong Kong business stakeholders, translating priorities into technology solutions.
• Develop and manage the local technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and regional strategy.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee delivery of technology projects from planning to implementation and change management.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure effective execution and service delivery.
• Manage IT service delivery, vendor performance, and governance.
• Monitor technology risks, compliance, and security requirements.
• Support business development activities and strategic technology initiatives.
