Job summary

Pinpoint Asia's client, a multinational manufacturing group, seeks a Senior IT Manager in Hong Kong to define and drive the technology strategy for complex, regional operations. You will lead both in-house software engineering and regional infrastructure teams, implement enterprise platforms, and champion Agile practices to enable scalable digital transformation.

Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred; 10+ years in IT leadership required; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT leadership within enterprise environments.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain sectors.
• Proven ability to translate bottlenecks into strategic IT solutions.
• Hands-on with software development and infrastructure operations.
