Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Head of IT for a well-established manufacturing client in Hong Kong. You will lead the IT department, oversee application development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, and shape IT strategy and budgets.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable roadmaps, manage end-to-end IT projects, and drive digital transformation while mentoring teams across overseas sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 10-15 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in manufacturing
• Background in digital solutions and operations, including application development, ERP/CRM, eCommerce, infrastructure, BI, and digital workplace technologies
• Experience with Industry 4.0 projects; willingness to travel for IT projects
• Strong business analysis skills; ability to translate complex problems for executives
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; based in Hong Kong with valid work permit
• Experience budgeting, planning annual budgets, project timelines, manpower allocation for overseas teams

Responsabilidades

• Act as the key thought leader within the IT department, leading the application and infrastructure teams while overseeing their daily activities and performance
• Serve as primary IT business partner to senior stakeholders, translating business goals into scalable IT roadmaps
• Work with senior business stakeholders to define, align, and deliver IT strategies, roadmaps, policies, budgets, and action plans for digital transformation projects
• Lead business analysis efforts by identifying operational pain points, gathering technical requirements, and re-engineering business processes to improve efficiency
• Manage the full IT lifecycle including, application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations and budgeting etc.
• Review and manage manpower, budgets, and timelines based on evolving project priorities
• Serve as an internal consultant to suggest scalable solutions that meet business needs
