• Proven track record of developing and executing Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Strong people leadership with experience coaching recruiters and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a forward-looking Group Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop the TA team and manage senior stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on direction on senior-level searches when required.
• Strengthen talent mapping and proactive pipeline development for the group.
• Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day recruitment execution.
