You will engage decision-makers, evangelize Crestron solutions, and build lasting partnerships to win tenders while expanding our presence in public sector accounts.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years selling AV/IoT solutions to government or healthcare clients, a strong network, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience selling AV/IoT solutions in government/healthcare.
• Strong networking to access procurement channels.
• Engineering background or IT/Pro AV design understanding.
• Independent yet collaborative team player.
• Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning in fast-paced env.
• Proficient in Salesforce for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential government/healthcare clients via referrals, networks, events.
• Build relationships with government officials and procurement officers.
• Position Crestron in tender requirements through strong partnerships.
• Demonstrate Crestron solutions aligning with government needs.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to propose end-to-end solutions.
• Generate and manage a robust high-growth sales pipeline.
