Job summary

TALENT HUB ADVISORY LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Trade Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end order follow-ups, review contracts, and monitor international trade transactions.

You will prepare import/export shipping documents, liaise with customers and banks, and ensure compliance with trade policies, with strong English and Chinese communication.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and eligibility to work in Hong Kong; teamwork and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, English, Business, or a related discipline.
• Practical knowledge of import/export shipping documents, letters of credit, and banking documents.
• Familiarity with international trade practices, rules, documentation standards, and operating procedures.
• Good spoken and written Chinese and English; Cantonese is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well in a team; eligible to work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order follow-up for procurement and sales activities.
• Review, prepare, execute, and monitor contracts relating to international trade transactions.
• Prepare and review import/export shipping documents, letters of credit, and banking documents.
• Follow up on shipment progress and complete transaction settlement procedures.
• Liaise with customers and provide timely operational support throughout each transaction.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper document filing and archiving.
• Apply trade policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, logistics providers, banks, and other external parties as required.
