Qualifications
- Experience sourcing talent at scale across niche or hard-to-find roles.
- Proficient in English and Chinese; Japanese a plus.
- Proven ability to source across multiple regional markets.
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and creative channels.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and build pipelines for niche roles across business areas.
- Engage qualified talent at scale using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and databases.
- Advise recruiters and hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Develop and test creative sourcing strategies and talent maps to improve pipeline quality.
- Maintain CRM to grow, organize, and manage candidate pipelines with timely follow-up.
- Screen candidates and assess alignment with role requirements.
- Track progress with KPIs and market intelligence to improve conversion.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging talent tools.
