Job summary

Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced supply chain professional to own end-to-end operations for complex projects in Hong Kong. You will manage orders, production follow-up, shipment, delivery and site handover, coordinating with procurement, PM, quality, logistics and installation teams.

The role requires a degree in SCM or related, 5+ years international logistics, knowledge of ocean/air freight, Incoterms and customs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years of international logistics or end-to-end shipments.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight, Incoterms, customs clearance.
• Experience in hospitality, furniture, FF&E or project environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain from order to site handover.
• Coordinate with Procurement, PM, Quality, Logistics and Installation teams.
• Build and manage network of freight forwarders, carriers and brokers.
• Negotiate freight rates, service agreements and payment terms.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with import/export, Incoterms, customs and shipping docs.
• Develop SOPs, reporting tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day logistics and coordination.
