Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong seeks a high-caliber Global Supply Chain Manager (Based in Shenzhen) to lead end-to-end demand integration, global S&OP governance, and inventory optimization across multi-site operations.

The role requires a decade of supply chain exposure, with at least five years in regional/global leadership, and hands-on experience with ERP/MRP and AI forecasting tools. Mandarin/Cantonese and English skills are preferred for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• 10+ years in SCM, demand planning, S&OP and manufacturing ops.
• 5+ years regional/global multi-site managerial experience.
• Proven track record implementing global S&OP/IBP.
• Strong inventory optimization and working capital management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning and forecasting across international sites.
• Consolidate inputs into rolling demand plans to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage monthly global S&OP cycle aligning demand, supply, capacity and finance.
• Conduct monthly demand/risk reviews with leadership and mitigation plans.
• Translate demand plans into supply strategies with site PMCs.
• Collaborate with Procurement on long-range forecasts and lead times.
• Design inventory strategies balancing cash flow and service levels.
• Drive initiatives to reduce SLOB inventory and improve stock accuracy.
• Harmonize global planning methodologies and KPI dashboards.
• Support ERP/MRP/APS/AI forecasting and Power BI tool implementations.
