Our client is a leading China-based virtual-only fintech company seeking a Senior technology leader in Hong Kong to represent the organization across the region and to bridge China HQ with HK and Singapore markets.

You will drive technology strategy, system planning, localization, and rollout of core platforms, ensuring regulatory alignment and seamless cross-border integration, while leveraging AI to enhance banking and insurance products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• 10+ years in IT digital transformation focusing on application development, digital platforms, system integration, and project delivery for insurance/banking systems.
• Experience in overseas business systems expansion or integration is preferred.

• Bridge overseas business teams (Hong Kong/Singapore) with Group technology.
• Lead system planning, requirements management, and platform integration.
• Promote AI technologies to enhance distribution, operations, and customer engagement.
