Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Head of Solutions Architecture and Integration to drive technology strategy across Hong Kong and Singapore, bridging overseas business teams with the Group's technology function. The role requires deep InsurTech expertise and senior leadership to advance digital transformation.

You will work with senior stakeholders to shape multi-year roadmaps, oversee system planning and platform integration, and promote innovative AI solutions across banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related disciplines.
• Language: Cantonese, Mandarin and English with strong verbal and written communication with business/tech stakeholders.
• 10+ years IT digital transformation with focus on application development, digital platforms, system integration for insurance/banking; banking/insurance product experience preferred.
• Experience in supporting overseas business systems expansion or integration is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in system planning, business analysis, and project management, with stakeholder engagement across multiple systems to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Bridge overseas business teams (HK/Singapore) with Group technology; shape 3–5 year roadmaps and ensure delivery of systems and digital solutions to growth markets.
• Collaborate with China-based Dev/R&D to drive system planning, product requirements, and local platform integration.
• Champion AI technologies to improve distribution, operations, and customer engagement in banking/insurance tech.
• Engage banks, insurers, and partners to leverage technology for better customer experiences and business results.
• Build partnerships, grow high performing teams, and promote FinTech/InsurTech leadership in the region.
