Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking an experienced Technology Programs Director to lead end-to-end delivery across Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, and Taiwan. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams, design integration solutions, manage SaaS vendors, and use AI tools to plan, document, and prototype.

The role demands strong governance, stakeholder management, and a passion for fintech innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology project or program management delivering cross-functional programs.
• Strong technical foundation with REST APIs and Postman; lead tech discussions.
• Experience sourcing, configuring and integrating SaaS platforms and data flows.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor) in day-to-day work.
• Experience managing vendors and partners; drive scope, deliverables and costs.
• Write clear requirements and documentation (user stories, flows, specs).
• Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall knowledge; Jira & Confluence proficient.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; present to senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen; measure impact and communicate results.
• Awareness of security, privacy, and regulatory needs in financial services.
• Ownership, attention to detail, and accountability; grow through questions.
• Comfort with diverse teams and cultures; work in English; Cantonese/Chinese needed.
• Fluent in English, written Traditional Chinese and spoken Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology programs across markets, from scoping to launch and post-launch support.
• Design integration flows; draft API call sequences and event schemas with engineering leads.
• Source and manage SaaS platforms and technology partners; track licenses and costs.
• Define project value, KPIs, and build business cases; monitor post-launch results.
• Shape requirements with Product; write user stories, flows and integration specs.
• Coordinate security, compliance reviews, and vendor risk assessments.
• Maintain RAID logs; raise risks early and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Product, country teams, Legal, Finance, Marketing, CS and BD for alignment.
• Lead release planning, change windows and go-live activities.
• Contribute to PMO governance and reporting; share AI-enabled delivery learnings.
