Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inbound/outbound logistics, storage, and order fulfillment in a busy warehouse environment in Hong Kong. The role involves coordinating with couriers, maintaining accurate movement records, and assisting supervision to ensure smooth shipping procedures.

The ideal candidate has basic English, is patient and organized, and has at least 3 years of garment industry exposure, plus basic Excel and email skills.

Qualifications

• Basic English proficiency.
• Patient, well organized and able to maintain stable employment.
• Garment-industry experience preferred (3 years).
• Basic PC skills: Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods inbound, outbound and storage.
• Perform pick & pack and dispatch of goods.
• Work in an indoor environment.
• Coordinate delivery with couriers and forwarders (air/sea).
• Monitor warehouse movements and activities.
• Follow shipping instructions to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
• Assist Supervisor/Senior to smooth shipping procedures.
• Support quality control duties and filing documentation.
