• 5 years working experience in shipping in trading.
• Good communication, detail-minded, analytical and responsive
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Shipping arrangement from China to Europe market
• Liaise with related internal departments and factory
• Handle I/E document, L/C documents
• Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents and banking documents
• Issue invoice and packing list
• Data entry and general clerical support
