Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited seeks an Admin & Logistics Clerk to manage shipping arrangements from China to USA and Europe, liaising with internal teams and factories. You will handle I/E and L/C documents, prepare complete shipping and banking documents, issue invoices and packing lists, and provide data entry and clerical support.

The role requires a diploma or higher, 5 years of shipping/trading experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 5 years working experience in shipping in trading.
• Good communication, detail‑minded, analytical and responsive.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Shipping arrangement from China to USA / Europe market.
• Liaise with related internal departments and factory.
• Handle I/E documents, L/C documents.
• Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents and banking documents.
