Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in financial services (e.g., e-payment, global payment, FX).

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Lead the daily FX cross-border payment settlement and reconciliation, ensuring efficiency.

• Drive and monitor global operational projects to align with business goals.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Settlement) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Align all resources to maximize performance of the global payment business; drive & foster the team to achieve business goals, and provide professional and constructive advice to the top management.


• Manage and supervise the team to ensure seamless and efficient daily FX cross-border payment transaction settlement and reconciliation.


• Extensive hands-on experience in project management, and day-to-day operational activities across different departments.


• Strong knowledge and familiarity to global payment operations or operational risk management. Oversee the daily operational practice is in compliance with the statutory requirements.


• Develop, review and update operational policies, SOP, and other internal control manuals etc.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders such as bankers, vendors, payment gateways etc.


• Drive, lead and monitor different global operational projects to align with the business goals.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.


• Over 8 years of relevant working experiences in financial services industry e.g e-payment, global payment, FX, or capital management sectors.


• Have proven track records in performing good leadership and management in financial services industry.


• Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, well-organized and with strong interpersonal communication and people management skill.


• Excellent strategic mindset with strong business acumen and broad business perspective.


• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.


• Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
