Job summary

Bankfab in Hong Kong seeks an experienced professional to manage BAU settlement and loan administration processes. You will verify deals, monitor positions, conduct cash flow reporting, and ensure AML/KYC compliance, reporting any exceptions to local compliance.

You will supervise offshore teams, coordinate customer remittance processing, and maintain up-to-date SOPs while supporting regional/global projects in Settlement.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Banking/ Commerce / Economics / Accounting/Business Administration.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in settlement functions across Global Markets products.
• At least 5 years’ experience in handling customer remittance transactions.
• Good knowledge on operations of SWIFT, RTGS (CMU/CHATS), Clearstream/Euroclear system.
• Strong command of English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU processing flow of Treasury Back Office including verification of deals and position monitoring.
• Oversee BAU processing flow of Loan Administration functions, including T-Bills, Bonds CD issuance and related securities operations.
• Ensure AML/KYC procedures are adhered to and report suspicious transactions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, reviewing and approving daily transactions.
