Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a seasoned Revenue Management leader to drive global pricing, forecasting and performance across the portfolio. The role oversees Global Distribution and directs AI-enabled analytics and pricing recommendations to maximize room and catering revenue.

You will partner with GMs and regional teams, transform revenue management practices, and elevate standards across CRS, channels and partners, with a focus on profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Revenue Management, Hospitality, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 15+ years in revenue management, including global or multi-market leadership.
• Strong experience in distribution strategy, channel optimization, pricing, forecasting, budgeting and portfolio performance.
• Practical experience applying AI, analytics or automation to revenue decisions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Management and Global Distribution strategy and the Alliance P&L.
• Deliver rooms and catering revenue budgets, RevPAR, market share and profitability targets.
• Set clear performance governance, accountability and hotel action plans.
• Drive forecasting, pricing, inventory controls, market mix and profitable revenue growth.
• Assess demand, pace, competitors and segment profitability to identify opportunities and risks.
