Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager for LINT Special Projects to streamline non-commercial procurement for employee merchandise across Staff Online Shop and Sponsorship Merchandising.

You will act as the central point of contact between Lidl International (LINT), Lidl & Kaufland Asia (LKA), and internal stakeholders. You will drive cross-category coordination, standardise workflows, manage budgets, and liaise with internal teams to advance these special

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise structures and product portfolios.
• Deep familiarity with cross-category product knowledge within a large organisation.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across departments and locations.
• Strong background in operational planning, milestone tracking and process standardisation.
• Ability to work flexibly and structure non-standard/special projects proactively.

Responsibilities

• Central Point of Contact & Liaison: act as the designated single point of contact for LINT and LKA operations with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Category Project Leadership: drive operational planning and non-commercial procurement across hardlines and textile categories.
• Process Standardisation: implement templates, digital processes, and workflows to reduce manual workload.
• Stakeholder Facilitation & Alignment: organise meetings, share updates, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Budget & Cost Center Oversight: manage project cost tracking and budget usage per WoN for procurement initiatives.
