Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited is seeking a Logistics Operations Leader in Hong Kong to provide administrative and leadership support across shipments to Europe and America, driving end-to-end solutions and SLA adherence.

The role focuses on leading the operations team, optimizing processes, forecasting capacity, and collaborating across functions to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or relevant field.
• Excellent communication to ensure tasks are understood by stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably with a leading European company.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations: manage day-to-day logistics activities and SLAs.
• Coordinate urgent requests from Merchandise teams to ensure timely port arrival.
• Monitor KPIs using production boards and dashboards to meet targets.
• Handle exceptions and troubleshoot transit issues for on-time delivery.
