Q P Sourcing Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Director of Procurement to lead regional sourcing and purchasing operations, shaping procurement strategy, and driving cost-efficiency across the group.

You will manage a high‑level procurement team, develop supplier partnerships, oversee contracting, and monitor market trends to deliver value, governance, and sustainability across regional units.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Procurement, Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Over 8 years of strategic procurement and sourcing, supplier development, and project management experience preferably gained from multinational or sizeable manufacturing companies with at least 5 years operating in a senior managerial or leadership capacity.
• Solid experience in material sourcing of Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry would be an advantage.
• Multi-sitessourcing experience and strong experience in managing China vendors.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and scale a high-performing regional procurement team; ensure strict adherence to global governance and compliance frameworks; and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Executives to establish long-term goals and strategies; orchestrate high-impact synergies across Group counterparts and regional units to optimize component and material sourcing.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute regional & departmental goals and long-term strategies that directly align with company objectives.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring: Elevate supplier performance management; align key vendors with the company's long-term quality, safety, and operational excellence objectives.
• Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term vendor partnerships, overseeing selection, evaluation, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Contracting & Negotiation: Establish and monitor contract management policies while spearheading effective price and contract terms negotiation.
• Market Intelligence: Analyse and regularly report updated market intelligence and price trends to executive management.
• Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact programs, including cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects, while closely monitoring goal achievement.
• Special Projects: Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed by executive management.
