Job summary

HKT is seeking a skilled procurement systems professional in Hong Kong to support the entire procurement lifecycle. You will oversee systems and digital solutions, aiming to boost efficiency and data-driven decision-making across the procurement function.

The role emphasizes process improvements, analytics, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable procurement services and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement systems, business analysis, digital solutions, or procurement operations.
• Experience in system enhancement, workflow automation, reporting, and data analytics.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, spend analysis, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement lifecycle to ensure operational efficiency and business requirements are met.
• Manage and enhance procurement systems, departmental websites, and digital solutions to improve procurement and warehouse operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and implement system enhancements to improve workflow efficiency and project delivery.
• Act as the key contact point for procurement system users, coordinating with IT and stakeholders to resolve issues and support system enhancements.
• Develop procurement dashboards, reports, and data analysis to support management decision-making.
• Conduct spend analysis, vendor performance analysis, and procurement reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure procurement operations and system processes comply with corporate policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
