Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Head of Global Business Services, People Services to oversee end-to-end employee services across the group. You will drive transformation, governance, and a future-ready operating model in collaboration with HR, Digital IT and business units.

You will lead a diverse, high-performing team, champion data-driven service delivery and work with stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality and employee experience across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading a large support/service organisation
• Senior leadership experience in People Services or HR ops
• Experience with governance, risk and service management
• Proven cross-functional transformation experience

• Lead end-to-end delivery of employee services across the Group
• Drive transformation, digitisation and cost efficiency
