Cathay Pacific is seeking a Senior Solution Lead to shape technology solutions that enable our business ambitions. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs, define technology direction, and ensure IT products and applications support priorities.

Leading an energetic team, you’ll drive end-to-end solution delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with our vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience including software development, analysis, solution definition and delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and provide strategic IT consultation for medium to large initiatives.
• Co-create product and technology roadmaps aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to drive growth, productivity and digital transformation across the airline.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects and providers to design and deliver solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to develop scalable, future-ready solutions.
• Lead end-to-end planning, design, development, implementation and support of IT products.
• Drive project delivery including validation, security, performance, integration and governance.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across software teams and external partners.
• Lead resource planning, coaching and mentoring for Solution Analysts and team members.
• Champion Agile, DevSecOps and enterprise data practices; improve delivery and ways of working.
