Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead client onboarding processes.
• Experience in Transaction Banking or Trade Finance is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex treasury and banking product implementations to support client transitions to the Chase platform.
• Own end-to-end onboarding delivery as primary contact, aligning expectations and driving actions.
• Analyze and resolve high-complexity onboarding issues within standards and controls.
• Influence stakeholders and manage conflict to foster collaboration and trust.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce handoffs.
• Champion digital onboarding and client self-service adoption with cross-team partnerships.
• Use data and reporting to prioritise work and improve onboarding outcomes.
• Plan and organise day-to-day work within established procedures.
