Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Hong Kong seeks a Client Onboarding Associate to lead complex treasury product implementations and manage end-to-end onboarding for new and existing clients. The role requires strong project management, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with a focus on digital onboarding and client self-service adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading strategic onboarding initiatives in a professional setting.
• Experience leading client onboarding processes, including transitions to new banking platforms.
• Strong data and technology literacy; willing to adopt new or emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex treasury and banking product implementations to support client transitions to the JP Morgan Chase banking platform
• Own end-to-end onboarding delivery as a primary point of contact, aligning expected outcomes and defining success, driving actions to completion
• Analyze and resolve higher-complexity onboarding issues while meeting standards, policies, and controls
• Influence stakeholders and apply emotional intelligence to manage conflict and foster collaboration across teams and clients
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, design thinking, and root-cause problem solving
• Champion digital onboarding and client self-service adoption by partnering across teams to simplify steps
• Use data and reporting to prioritize work, communicate progress, and improve outcomes
• Plan and organize day-to-day work, providing guidance to ensure consistent delivery within procedures
