J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong seeks a Client Onboarding Associate to lead complex treasury product implementations, guiding onboarding end-to-end for clients transitioning to the Chase banking platform.

You will coordinate across teams, improve processes, and deliver proactive, consultative support with a focus on speed, accuracy, and controls. You will leverage curiosity, ownership, and urgency to anticipate client needs, drive follow-through, and escalate risks promptly.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing and executing strategic initiatives in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to lead client onboarding processes, including transitions to new banking platforms.
• Demonstrated conflict management skills with experience fostering collaboration and trust.
• Experience driving continuous improvement using innovation and/or design thinking approaches.
• Data and technology literacy; willingness to learn and implement new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex treasury and banking product implementations to support client transitions to the JP Morgan Chase banking platform.
• Own end-to-end onboarding delivery as a primary point of contact, aligning outcomes and driving actions to completion.
• Analyze and resolve higher-complexity onboarding issues while adhering to standards, policies, and controls.
• Influence stakeholders and apply emotional intelligence to manage conflict and foster collaboration across teams and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement through design thinking to streamline workflows and reduce handoffs.
• Champion digital onboarding and client self-service by simplifying steps and reducing manual work.
• Use data and reporting to prioritize work and improve onboarding outcomes.
• Plan and organize day-to-day work, guiding teams within established procedures.
