Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain or related field.
• 2-5 years in a fast-paced multinational manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with global suppliers and overseas parts management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Oracle procurement software and MRP systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes.

• Collaborate with suppliers to secure timely delivery of parts.
• Order and manage prototype and pre-production parts for engineering development.
• Monitor inventory levels and reduce shortages and delays.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate part changes with internal teams for smooth transitions.
• Manage End-of-Life (EOL) parts planning.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory status and procurement metrics.
