Job summary

CYC MOTOR LTD in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to manage material planning, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery for production.

You will build production schedules from forecasts, monitor stock levels, analyze procurement data, and support cost control with data-driven recommendations. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required for daily international communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of factory procurement or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in SAP/Oracle/MES planning modules with solid MRP logic.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA for large data analyses.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese for daily business communications with overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Run material planning and issue purchase orders, following up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in supplier screening, evaluation, and daily management including price inquiries and negotiations.
• Track PO implementation and handle issues such as delays, defects and quality discrepancies; provide data support and cost-optimization ideas.
• Gather orders and forecasts to build production schedules and balance models, colors, and variants.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate engineering data into production-ready material lists and manage engineering changes to minimize waste.
