Job summary

Gate, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange based in Hong Kong, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their Finance & Strategy team. This role requires 5–7 years of finance experience with a focus on FP&A, strong financial modelling skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. A bachelor's degree in Finance or similar is necessary, while a CPA or CFA is advantageous. The position offers a flexible and autonomous working environment, with competitive compensation including crypto benefits.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in finance, with a strong foundation in FP&A.
Experience in business partnering or working closely with non-finance stakeholders.
Background in management consulting or Big 4 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted financial advisor to business unit leads, providing analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial plans for your business units.
Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
