Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is looking for a commercially driven leader to expand exchange partnerships across APAC, spanning traditional stock exchanges and digital asset venues.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of capital markets and exchange business development, building senior relationships with exchanges, clearing houses, market makers, and regulators. You will structure listing agreements, liquidity arrangements, and trading-venue partnerships, while working with Legal and Compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, exchange relations, investment banking, or business development.
• Proven track record of originating and closing exchange partnerships, listings, or capital-market transactions.
• Senior-level relationships with exchanges and crypto venues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own senior relationships with traditional exchanges and major crypto exchanges in APAC.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute new partnership and listing agreements with exchange counterparts.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met across APAC.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and exchange events across the region.
