Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a senior Partner Sales Lead to recruit, onboard, and scale top-tier GSIs, aligning partnerships with our international growth objectives. You will establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and drive joint go-to-market initiatives to accelerate cloud adoption.

You will design strategic partner plans with defined KPIs, coach partners on co-selling, lead MBRs/QBRs, and coordinate with sales and product teams to optimize pipeline, revenue, and customer

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• 8+ years in partner management, sales, or technology channel development.
• Experience with global SI partners is preferred.
• Ability to design scalable go-to-market models.
• Strong local market ecosystem collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage partner GTM and co-selling strategies.
• Coach partners to cloud consumption and target achievement.
• Lead partner reviews (MBR/QBR) and pipeline reviews.
• Align partner strategies with Alibaba Cloud's goals.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and incentives for partners.
