Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a high‑impact Partner Business Development professional in Hong Kong to establish trusted executive relationships, guide workforce alignment with our strategy, and drive joint business plans with top partners.

You will identify and onboard new partners, coordinate internal resources, and design GTM campaigns to expand the partner ecosystem and accelerate cloud adoption across target segments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with partner executives and lead joint business planning.
• Discover, onboard, and cultivate new ecosystem partners aligned with Alibaba Cloud strategy.
• Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth and manage campaigns.
• Develop GTM plans, incentives, and market expansion activities with partners.
• Monitor partner health, enforce compliance, and optimize collaboration outcomes.
