Job summary

ImagineX Management Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a logistics professional to lead the supply chain operations, including inventory, warehousing, transportation, and customer service. You will coordinate with forwarders and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate product master data and I/E documentation.

The role requires at least a Higher Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain/Logistics, with a minimum of two years in logistics management; familiarity with PRC, HK, and

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above; preferably major in Supply Chain / Logistics
• Minimum 2 years in logistics management; retail background preferred
• Familiar with international shipping regulations and I/E compliance for PRC, HK and Taiwan
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel; good written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all logistics-related inquiries
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and customer service

• Track logistics spending to stay within allocated limits

Job description

Serve as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related inquiries

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's supply chain, including but not limited to inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and customer service

Coordinate with forwarders and warehouse to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods and services

Product master maintenance and handle I/E documentation and reporting

Track logistics spending to ensure it remains within allocated limits

Verify 3PL invoices (vendor, forwarder & warehouse) for payment approval

Provide support and address enquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

Higher Diploma or above, preferably major in Supply Chain / Logistics

Min 2 years of working experience in logistics management role, preferably from retails background

Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance with sound knowledge in I/E compliance of PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan

Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Immediately available is highly preferred
