Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Leadership Assistant for a 3+ month rotation across Business, Planning and Mid-office, guided by senior mentors to understand the company's commercial logic and value chain.

You will own small projects within the Global Business Development Center, contribute to strategy decomposition, target management and cross‑functional decision support, and develop a broad managerial perspective in a fast‑moving financial technology environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong logic, communication, coordination and fast learning.
• Team leadership or student leadership experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Complete 3+ months of rotation across core functions (Business, Planning, Mid-office).
• Lead online KOL or offline store projects around the Global Business Development Center.
• Support strategy decomposition, target management and key decisions.
• Build a managerial perspective and big-picture view in real business.
