Hilti Asia Pacific invites high-potential graduates to join the Management Associate Program, a 24‑30 month fast‑track developing leaders across Sales, Marketing and Engineering with multiple rotations. You will rotate through Strategic Marketing, Account Management or Sales Engineering, Product Marketing & Projects, and receive mentorship from senior leaders while exploring regional opportunities.

Overseas on-the-job training and international mobility are supported.

• Leadership and mentoring potential demonstrated through extracurriculars or internships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus.
• Interest in Sales, Marketing or Engineering and a global career mindset.

Responsabilités

What You'll do

As Management Associate Program, Which Is a 24 To 30-month Fast-track Career Development Program, You’ll Have The Opportunity To Gaining Exposure In Different Areas During Your Rotation

• 6 months - Strategic Marketing
• 12 months - Account Manager or Sales Engineer
• 6 -12 months - Product Marketing & Projects

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to pursue a specialist role in your preferred streams in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering; or advancement to a management position for those with high potentials or even have the opportunities to work in regional projects or attend regional learning program.

• University degree holder in Engineering/ Business/ Marketing or related discipline
• Passionate in excelling in Sales, Marketing or Engineering
• Engage in activities beyond studies and demonstrate great leadership skills
• Highly committed and self-driven personality

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, strong customer orientation and with a "can-do" attitude
• Highly proficient in English and the local language of the country applied for
