Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in engineering consulting, management consulting, or product marketing with strong business acumen.
• Aspiration to become a future leader with global mindset; overseas study or work experience preferred.
• Passion for driving business results with solutions focused on productivity, safety, and sustainability.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management across global, regional, and local levels.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and one North Asian language.
• Desire to build a long-term career with flexibility to work in different locations and develop into a global leader.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through an 18-21 month program with integration, field engineering, and regional project assignments.
