Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 5 years of management consulting experience with exposure to corporate/MNC projects.
• Construction industry exposure is a plus.
• Ability to handle both strategic and operational tasks; proactive engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-country and global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional marketing projects aligned with LEAD 2030 strategy, defining timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with senior management and department leads to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.
• Guide project implementation and maintain strong relationships with market organizations and global teams.
• Track progress using KPIs and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and headquarters.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
