Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-workstream outcomes in a global matrix using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent accreditation is highly regarded.

Our client is a global network and digital infrastructure provider at the forefront of the Asia-Pacific connectivity landscape. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 9-month engagement to lead high-visibility, large-scale transformation initiatives.

As their Senior Project Manager, you will drive the full lifecycle of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives—ranging from strategic product development and operational shifts to the large-scale decommissioning of legacy assets.

You will serve as the strategic driver and "intelligence layer" between operational teams and senior leadership, managing multiple workstreams, resolving cross-functional conflict, and translating complex infrastructure requirements into tangible business growth and regional stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the execution of multi-million dollar, large-scale transformation programs. Drive outcomes across multiple workstreams in a complex enterprise environment whilst maintaining rigorous control over financials, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary liaison between international operations and domestic Australian teams. Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, influence senior executive leaders, and communicate complex strategic updates clearly across all levels of the organization.
• Evaluate new product and service proposals for operational feasibility, commercial risk, and long-term technical viability across complex networks.
• Architect and oversee comprehensive launch and execution plans, navigating complex regulatory, technical, and internal milestones while ensuring continuous delivery and quality assurance.
• Consolidate program timelines, portfolio dependencies, and cost-to-budget reporting, providing transparent, high-level visibility to executive leadership and partner organizations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant project delivery experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
• Deep industry knowledge or direct delivery experience within the Telecommunications or Digital Infrastructure sectors strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive/C-suite leadership, align diverse and competing stakeholder groups, and navigate high-pressure negotiations with poise.
• Proven success delivering multi-workstream outcomes within a virtual, global matrix organization using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent senior project management accreditation highly regarded.
