Job summary

China Mobile International Limited in Hong Kong invites a senior IDC solution design professional to translate customer needs into robust architecture and IDC workflows. You will oversee design, provisioning support, and daily operation across A-end and B-end customers, with a focus on risk management and timely reporting.

The role requires strong server and network knowledge, big data/AI experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin, plus the ability to coordinate with overseas clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• IDC technical support experiences are preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience. Candidate with less experience may consider.
• Familiar with the functions of server, network and other network hardware and software.
• Experiences in big data, AI computing, Internet and other related fields.
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture and system design to meet customer requirements and provide daily IDC business support.
• Manage IDC demands and maintain IDC daily operations, including opportunity collection, schedule monitoring, procurement support, solution support and other IDC services.
• Familiar with IDC business and technical support progress.
• Study IDC tech evolution and design CMI IDC solutions and support methods.
• Provide regular progress updates during the IDC project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.
• Conduct risk management, optimize procedures, and consolidate updates in internal reports weekly and monthly.
• Work with overseas customers during non-office hours if necessary.
