Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned IAM Solutions Architect to lead identity and access management initiatives for APAC and global clients. You will translate business goals into scalable, secure architectures across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will partner with sales and engineering to drive end-to-end IAM programs, with a focus on enterprise-grade integration and governance across complex ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Combined experience as a Solutions Architect or related role with client-facing experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud, security, and system integration.
• Deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise with hands-on knowledge of IAM, IDP/IDaaS, SSO, provisioning, and access governance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, global IAM projects end-to-end.
• Experience working with Greater China Region (GCR) clients and global enterprise accounts.
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences.
• Experience deploying large partner integration projects.
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stacks.
• Technical Degree or equivalent experience.

• Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on cutting edge marketing technology solutions for the marketing organizations at some of the most innovative companies in the world
• Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously; act as the technical point of contact for key GCR and APAC accounts
• Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by understanding business goals and industry trends
• Implement processes defined by leadership; ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues
• Collect customer feedback to translate issues into actionable product insights
• Understand and apply knowledge of products and technologies to build scalable solutions
• Build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
• Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics

You will lead the advertising industry by enabling clients to realize the full potential of our Client's marketing solutions and even defining new solutions. You will work with marketing executives at top-tier companies across the Greater China Region and wider APAC on their identity and advertising initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using the full suite of cutting-edge advertising platforms. This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real-world marketing results.

Job Requirements

• Combined experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architecture professional with client-facing experience
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and advise on enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration
• Deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, with advanced hands‑on knowledge of IAM, IDP/IDaaS, SSO, provisioning, and access governance tools
• Proven experience leading large-scale, global IAM projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience working with GCR (Greater China Region) clients
• Experience working with global and enterprise clients in high-stakes, business-critical environments
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences at prospects or clients
• Experience deploying large partner integration projects
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
