Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a passionate Learning & Development professional to act as a catalyst for company-wide AI adoption. You do not need to be an AI engineer; you should translate emerging technologies into engaging learning experiences and drive culture transformation.

Your role will design end-to-end learning programs for AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot), nurture AI champions, and oversee large-scale training events, webinars, and vendor governance to ensure compliance and timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in large corporates or financial services.
• Strong, demonstrable interest in AI and digital transformation; able to simplify tech for everyday users.
• Proven ability to manage complex training events and logistics with accountability.
• Understanding of IT security, data privacy and vendor governance principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Learning & Enablement Strategy: design, develop, and deliver end-to-end AI learning programs for multiple units with high adoption.
• Culture Transformation: foster continuous learning and digital agility; grow internal AI Champions.
• Event & Program Operations: own large-scale training sessions, webinars, and workshops with precise logistics.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: coordinate with external vendors and internal teams; ensure compliance and timelines.
• Feedback & Iteration: run post-training surveys and data analysis to improve programs and address risks.
