Job summary

Leapin Hong Kong is seeking a senior procurement and supply chain professional to lead supplier sourcing, evaluation and cost optimization for raw materials, with a focus on quality and reliability. You will shape inventory plans, manage vendors and drive cross-functional improvements across procurement, logistics, and operations.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in food & beverage supply chains, strong negotiation, data analysis, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on supply chain management and planning experience.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and process improvement mindset.
• Excellent influencer with superior communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proven supplier negotiation expertise and sharp data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and cost optimization for core raw materials.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies aligned with forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement, inventory, logistics, and operations.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships with active performance management.
• Monitor market trends and proactively manage supply risks using data-driven savings.
• Support growth and international expansion through cost optimization and process improvements.
