Job summary

Fairwood Fast Food Ltd. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Officer / Assistant Supply Chain Manager (Purchasing) in Hong Kong to lead daily purchasing, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

You will execute tactical sourcing plans to keep supplier competition and supply continuity, while aligning objectives with cross‑functional teams to support development and promotions. The role requires 2–6 years in purchasing (F&B/hospitality preferred), strong negotiation, and fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2-6 years of relevant purchasing experience, F&B or hospitality industry preferred.
• Good understanding of sourcing, supplier evaluation, and tendering processes.
• Logical thinker with strong numeric sense and attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing, inventory control, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and accurate supply.
• Execute tactical sourcing plans to maintain supplier competition and secure supply continuity.
• Communicate company and departmental objectives to team members, fostering alignment and collaboration.
• Support supplier evaluation, tender preparation, and onboarding processes.
• Share market insights with Product Development & Quality and Marketing teams to assist in product development and promotions.
• Apply data insights to improve efficiency and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development & Quality and Marketing team, Quality Assurance, Sales & Operations and Master Kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of shop requirements.
