Job summary

Leapin Hong Kong is seeking a senior procurement and supply chain professional to lead supplier sourcing, evaluation and cost optimization for raw materials, with a focus on quality and reliability. You will shape inventory plans, manage vendors and drive cross-functional improvements across procurement, logistics, and operations.

• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and cost optimization for core raw materials (especially coffee beans and food ingredients), while ensuring consistent quality and supply reliability.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies aligned with business objectives and demand forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency across procurement, inventory, logistics, and operations.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through effective communication and performance management.
• Monitor market trends and raw material dynamics, proactively manage supply risks, and implement data-driven cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization, supply stability, and process, system improvements to support business growth and international expansion.

Requirements:
